AXA Affin General Insurance named Asia’s Best Employer Brand for 2nd consecutive year
KUALA LUMPUR: AXA Affin General Insurance Berhad (AAGI) was named Asia’s Best Employer Brand for 2017 in the Asia’s Best Employer Brand Awards - 8th Edition, held at Le Meridien Singapore, Sentosa on 1 August 2017.
The Asia’s Best Employer Brand Awards is organised by World HRD Congress, and Stars of the Industry Group, with CHRO Asia as a Strategic Partner. The Award recognizes employers who are exemplary in practicing human resource management and effective use of marketing communications for staff development.
Some of the key criteria assessed include translating and Combining vision with action on HR Strategy, connecting HR Strategy with Business, and up-skilling employees with skills and competencies required for the future

AAGI has been widely recognised as a preferred employer brand in Malaysia in 2017, receiving three more awards at the recent Asia Recruitment Awards 2017, including Gold for Best Recruitment Evaluation Technique, Silver for Best Diversity and Inclusion Strategy and Bronze for Best Use of Digital Media.
The Asia Recruitment Awards 2017 is organized by Human Resources Magazine, featuring the Top 25 organizations in Malaysia, and is the only regional recruitment awards to recognize and celebrate the best in talent acquisition within Asia.
