Kinsabina Merdeka Day Property Fair on Aug 31

KOTA KINABALU: Kinsabina will be showcasing several projects, namely Riverside Residence, Casablanca Residence, and its latest addition Triconic Tower, during its Merdeka Day Property Fair at Wisma Kinsabina, from 31st August to 3rd September, from 9am to 5pm.

The property fair provides insight to the three ongoing projects and special promotion packages are available for home buyers who visit the fair, for a limited time only.

Surrounded by greenery and located by the river, Riverside Residence @ Sodomon is a low density six-eight-storey condominiu­m that houses 133 units and comes with luxurious facilities such as children’s playground, swimming pool, gymnasium, management office, landscape garden, gated and guarded 24-hour security services.

A typical unit comes with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Type-A units (955 sq. ft.) ranges from RM450,200 to RM503,200 while Type-B units (1,175 - 1,180 sq. ft.) ranges from RM551,900 to RM598,900.

Casablanca Residence - a nostalgic address with an attachment of peace and security - a gated and guarded community located off Jalan Kolombong. Residents can enjoy a peaceful lifestyle in a safe environmen­t with its security features and modern facilities.

The landed developmen­t comprises 92 units of two-three- storey houses. With a spacious floor area ranging from 2,293 sq. ft. to 2,842 sq. ft., Type-2B and Type-3B units both have five bedrooms and five bathrooms.

A typical two-storey unit terrace house consists of four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a minimum land area of 1694 sq. ft. while a typical three-storey unit terrace comprises five bedrooms and four bathrooms.

A two-storey terrace house price ranges from RM788,000 onwards while a three-storey is priced at RM937,000 onwards. There is also a two-storey clubhouse that comes complete with a gymnasium, sauna, yoga deck, reading room, cafe, management office, multi-purpose halls, and meeting rooms.

All 94 units of Casablanca Residence comes with readily available sub-divided titles. Only limited units are available.

Its latest addition, Triconic Tower, with a gross developmen­t value of RM390 million, is convenient­ly located in Bundusan, Penampang, with direct access to Beverly Hills. The enclave consists of 768 units of condominiu­ms and are all designed to capture surroundin­g views.

All three blocks surround a common area that comprised a swimming pool, children’s playground, badminton court, basketball court, courtyard garden, and a pond with gazebo.

This 16-storey condo units are sized at either 1,000sq. ft. or 1,200sq. ft., both with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

For the 1,000 sq. ft. units, the prices start from RM462,000 onwards whereas the 1,200 sq. ft. units are sold from RM548,500 onward.

Triconic Tower also has three levels of car park spaces provided for the residents.

According to the COO of Kinsabina, Datuk Gerald Goh, tenants will have the privilege of a “ready bathroom” when moving into Triconic Tower.

“We will be using the Total Bathroom Solution which surpasses traditiona­l bathrooms. This solution emphasizes on safety and comfort in the bathroom with features like anti-slip tiles, seamless materials for easy cleaning, utilizing the lotus leaf inspired bionic surface technology, quick drying materials, and functional usage of space.

“According to statistics given by the supplier, the Total Bathroom Solution will save up to 47 per cent more on energy, emitting 14 per cent less carbon dioxide, and saves 90 per cent more water than a traditiona­l bathroom.”

Goh added: “So far, Triconic Residence has hit its 45 per cent sales performanc­e and the constructi­on works is being carried out by our Chinese contractor, MCC Overseas, with its full spectrum of constructi­on services. The piling work is almost completed.”
