Hotel to help child patients in Sandakan hospital
SANDAKAN: Four Points by Sheraton is all geared up to do a good deed for the ailing children at the children’s ward of Duchess of Kent Hospital here.
With the help of Sawit Kinabalu Group and a renowned NGO, GIVE, this international hotel under Marriott International is planning an exclusive eight-course dinner which will be complimented with a very high-end fashion show by well-known designers such as Orson Liyu, Leslie Variyan, Melinda Looi, Suraya, Bon Zainal, Calvin Thoo and not forgetting, the well-established Bill Keith.
The dinner held in conjunction with Malaysia Day will also have six rounds of outfits exhibited through the four-hour dinner by top models and beauty queens - indeed a treat for the people of Sandakan.
General manager Peter Padman commented that GIVE has been so aggressive under the leadership of Betty Anne Brohier and they will definitely achieve their goal of RM70,000.
There will also be sales of raffles draw tickets at RM50 per booklet of 10.
The highlight of the evening will be the musical entertainment that will be rendered by Rozz during predinner, Sabah’s own Sammy Ariff, the elegant Poova and Malaysia’s pride, Noryn Aziz.
