Julian Cheung tries to look like David Beckham for commercial
HONG KONG: Actor Julian Cheung is trying to bend it like Beckham, at least when it comes to the shape of his moustache and beard.
It’s no coincidence that he had chosen that grooming style, because he had been appointed as a spokesperson for the English store Kent & Curwen. It has just opened a store in Hong Kong, known for loving all things English.
But newsmen, instead of focusing of his Beckham look a like act, chose to talk about Aaron Kwok’s newborn daughter.
When questioned on this, a clueless Julian muttered: “Huh? I am clueless. Please ask his publicist.”
But the newsmen persisted, asking if Aaron had become a father on Sept 1.
Julian shook his head.
