Eminem hinting strongly of new album next month

-

LOS ANGELES: Rapper Eminem could be back before you know it.

A number of music industry sources, citing a Nov 17 release date, have indicated that “very loud chatter” have been swirling around the release date.

Eminem’s producer pal, on-stage hype man and close confidant Denaun Porter has been stoking rumours of the set’s impending release when he said on Instagram Live the album was finished.

However, when pressed for comments, Porter rolled back his statement, saying he was simply trolling fans who kept asking him about the album.

The rapper blasted the President for his obsession with the NFL, racism and his rhetoric over North Korea.

During Tuesday night’s BET Hip Hop Awards, Eminem chose to lampoon President Trump.

He ripped into Trump for his obsession with athletes taking a knee, his twitchy button finger and his luxury lifestyle. And a whole lot more.

Eminem called Trump “a kamikaze that’ll probably cause a nuclear holocaust,” and “racism’s the only thing he’s fantastic for”.

He also belted out the lines: “When he attacks the NFL so we focus on that/Instead of talking Puerto Rico or gun reform for Nevada/All these horrible tragedies and he’s bored and would rather/Cause a Twitter storm with the Packers/Then says he wants to lower our taxes.”

Eminem’s previous set, 2013’s “The Marshall Mathers LP 2,” was first announced via a TV spot that aired during that year’s MTV Video Music Awards.

“The Marshall Mathers LP 2” debuted at number one on Billboard’s Top 200 albums chart and sold more than 792,000 copies its first week.

In the years since, Eminem has toured with Rihanna, released a compilation set celebrating the 15th anniversary of Shady Records and appeared on tracks with Royce da 5’9”, Tecn N9ne, Yelawolf, the Weeknd, Skylar Grey and Big Sean. — Agencies
