Bosi submits form to join PAN

The inclusion of Kapayan assemblyman Dr Edwin Bosi, in Par Kerjasama Anak Negeri (PAN) will open many doors for the public to join the party, said its president Datuk Henrynus Amin.

PENAMPANG: Parti Kerjasama Anak Negeri (PAN) was not formed just to 'fill in the blanks' but was formed to win the election and form the state government.

Its president, Datuk Henrynus Amin, said, the party's intention is to deliver its message to all the districts of Sabah, after which, it will enable the party to detect which districts are receptive to their message.

“We want to contest enough seats to form the government, whether by ourselves or with our friends,” Henrynus said, when met at the handing over ceremony of Kapayan assemblyman Dr. Edwin Bosi's membership application to PAN.

He reiterated that the party will contest for enough seats to form the state government. However, he said, the seats are yet to be determined.

“We have actually established ten parliamentary areas, but it does not mean that we are going to contest in all of them. We have more or less established our presence there,” Henrynus said, adding that the party's next Jelajah will be in Ranau.

When asked where Bosi will be contesting in the upcoming election, Henrynus simply said that the latter will be leading the fight in Penampang but refrained to confirm which specific seat (either Kapayan or Moyog) he would contest.

He also said that the fact that PAN had formally adopted the Chinese community who were born in Sabah or Sarawak as Anak Negeri will make the party more attractive.
