Eversendai bags project from Saudi Aramco
KUALA LUMPUR: Eversendai Corporation Bhd subdidiary, Eversendai Offshore RMC FZE, in the United Arab Emirates, has secured a major offshore fabrication project from Saudi Aramco, which brings a total project of up to RM1.56 billion to-date for the year 2017.
Currently its order book stood at approximately RM2.3billion.
Eversendai is the first Malaysian company to have won the project from Saudi Aramco, which is expected invest more than US$300 billion (US$1=RM4.24) over the next 10 years.

The structural steel turnkey and power plant contractor also said as the number of fabrication yards in the Middle East with Saudi Aramco certification is limited, Eversendai had a good potential to increase its bid conversion rate through the long-term agreement engineering procurement and construction contractors or directly through Aramco.
Eversendai Offshore managed to receive the 9com certification mainly due to the extensive quality and safety requirements Eversendai have placed in their Ras Al Khaimah yard, and having highly experienced and qualified personnel to execute projects there, it added.
