Four Pr1ma projects to be exhibited at MASPEX

KOTA KINABALU: Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA) Sabah Branch will be organizing its second Malaysian Secondary & Primary Property Exhibition (MASPEX) on November 17-19 at Imago Shopping Mall lower ground floor.

This exhibition has taken a new twist compared to the first one held in 2015 in that, not only secondary properties (sub-sale) are showcased but also primary properties (new properties ) as well.

MASPEX is a nationwide event organized every other year by the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents to provide a platform for real estate members, practition­ers and developers to showcase their properties and connect with the visitors.

MASPEX 2017 - Sabah is expecting more than 20,000 visitors to visit its booths showcasing a variety of real estates ranging from land, landed and stratified properties.

Special Tasks Minister Datuk Seri Panglima Teo Chee Kang will officiate the event at 10.30am today.

This exhibition serves as a onestop centre for potential buyers to make direct enquiries, select their dream homes and with the availabili­ty of staff of financial institutio­ns and relevant agencies to assist them with their selections.

The largest property developer in the country, Perbadanan Pr1ma Malaysia, will showcase four of its housing projects in Sabah namely in Kota Marudu, Tawau, Sandakan and Kinarut comprising some 3,000 apartments and houses priced from RM150,000 to RM400,000. These are open for sale and Pr1ma staff will be on hand to educate the public on the process of registerin­g and applying for a Pr1ma home.

Also lined up are fun-filled events like Wheel of Fortune and many attractive prizes to be won.

The main sponsor, MRCB who is a leading urban property developer, will also showcase its large portfolio of residentia­l and commercial suites at KL Sentral, Penang Sentral, PJ Sentral and so on.

Maybank and Property Hunter also sponsor this event and take up booths to provide their assistance to the visitors.

The public is encouraged to seize this opportunit­y to visit all the property booths at Imago where the exhibitors have prepared many surprises besides the many interestin­g properties display for sale or rent.
