Jackie Chan admits he had starred in 1975 porn movie
HONG KONG: Superstar Jackie Chan, 63, has confessed that he had starred in a 1975 porn movie.
The sex scene had appeared in the 1975 adult comedy, All In The Family.
When this was first disclosed, many fans were shocked, because they associate Jackie with only comedies and action movies.
But Jackie was quick to defend his action back then.
Explained Jackie, who was then a struggling actor: “I had to do anything I could to make a living 31 years ago (sic), but I don’t think it’s a big deal. Even Marlon Brando used to be exposed in his movies. The porn movie at that time was more conservative than the current films.”
In All In The Family, Jackie was not involved in any action scenes.
Meanwhile, despite the negative publicity, Jackie has topped a list of the 100 highestpaid stars in China.
The list was compiled by the influential Chinese entertainment industry WeChat social media account Yiqipaidianying. Jackie is reported to be earning an average of 80 million yuan (RM51.6 million) per movie.
In a global list compiled by Forbes, Jackie ranked fifth this year.

In the China list, Hong Kong actor Chow Yun-Fatt ranked second, followed by Andy Lau, Chao Deng, Bo Huang, Chen Kun, Xu Zheng, Peng Yuyan, Donnie Yen and record-breaking Wolf Warriors 2 actor-director Wu Jing.
Yang Mi is the highest-paid actress on the list, placing 14th. Fan Bingbing, who was ranked by Forbes as the world’s fifth highest-paid actress last year, is 19th, Angelababy is 30th, and Zhang Ziyi, who gained international recognition for her role in Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, is 34th.
The top 100 list of the most powerful filmmakers at the Chinese box office was made using information collected from different film industry databases and then combined with other information including market conditions and commercial value.
