Hap Seng Group holds leadership camp for teenagers

-

TAWAU: Hap Seng Group is holding a leadership camp for teenagers aged 11 and 12 years old at Bandar Sri Indah Sports Complex here from December 4 to 9.

Committed to create value together with the community they are in, Hap Seng Group is offering this six-day camp free of charge. Breakfast, lunch and tea break will be provided for the participants.

The transition for Primary Five and Six students from being the oldest group in the school to the youngest once they move into secondary school is both exciting and scary; from a familiar environment to a larger and unfamiliar environment; and from being well-known by many teachers to being relatively unknown.

At Hap Seng Group Tawau Summer Camp, they will undergo an experiential learning designed to nurture positive leadership character. They will undergo sessions on personality discovery, strengths discovery and character development. The fun activities would be based on four areas of Leadership, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Responsibility and Creativity.

Other than being 11 to 12 years old, it is a requirement that their parent/guardian must commit to send them to the venue. Parents are also required to join the camp’s closing on December 9 to witness their children’s passing out exhibitions and presentations.

In short, this camp would be a great stepping stone for children to explore themselves, have fun, develop leadership characteristic and build network.

This camp is only available for a maximum 100 participants and registration is open until November 25.
