SP Setia’s new hub to take Semenyih to greater heights

-

KUALA LUMPUR: SP Setia Bhd’s new commercial hub in Setia Ecohill Taipan, with a gross development value (GDP) of RM130 million, is set to take Semenyih to greater heights by offering various facilities and amenities to its community.

In a statement today, Setia EcoHill general manager, SM Koh, said the property was ready for business, way ahead of the expected completion, scheduled to be in the second quarter of 2018.

“EcoHill Taipan is part of the lifestyle commercial hub at Setia EcoHill, comprising 56 shop-offices and three-storey units and four-storey corner units, all of which have been sold when they were launched in 2015,” he said.

Meanwhile, the second phase of Setia EcoHill’s commercial project development would also feature EcoHill Walk, an integrated mixed development in the Kajang-Semenyih Corridor, he said.

He said EcoHill Walk would also feature a neighbourhood mall with 2.78 hectares of gross development area, 890 units of serviced apartments, including 80 blocks of strata lifestyle retail shop and office units inter-connected via sheltered pedestrian walkways and lifts amid spectacular landscapes.

He said once completed in 2020, EcoHill Walk would serve close to 600,000 residents within the 20- kilometre radius of the Kajang-Semenyih Corridor. “The improved infrastructure in Semenyih has created an influx of buyers from surrounding neighbourhoods with the introduction of a beautiful living environment and a well thought-out masterplan by SP Setia,” he said. — Bernama
