Second phase of Greenfield Residence launched
MANGGATAL: Greenfield City Sdn Bhd has officially launched the second phase of Greenfield Residence, following the success of its first phase.
Greenfield City managing director Pong Vui Seng said the success was achieved through six years of hard work.
“Greenfield Residence started with the idea of creating a dwelling place that is comfortable, affordable, sustainable, architecturally expressive and one that is compliant with the green environment.
“The concept that we want to bring to this development is to consolidate the three acres of open space into a centralized courtyard where the facilities and landscapes can merge into one,” Pong said in his speech at the launching ceremony of Greenfield Residence Phase 2.
By doing so, Pong asserted that the said concept will create a spacious and grand open space that will enable the residents to appreciate the art and aesthetic of modern landscaping.
He added that the residence will feature various recreational facilities such as a badminton court, basketball court, jogging track, gym, swimming pool, BBQ and many more.
“We are motivated as we have received numerous positive feedbacks from professionals, contractors and buyers who had agreed that our building facade looks like a high end condo facade and that our landscape deck looks like a five-star hotel as well as a swimming pool that looks like a resort pool.
“I am convinced that the idea and concept that we brought for this development had been proven successful,” he said.
Situated at Manggatal, the second phase will consist of two blocks of seven-storey buildings that will have 168 units as well as an elevated landscape deck within.
Also present were Greenfield City directors Wong Keng Ming and Pong Chow Hin and executive director Wong Keng Siong.
