PAPAR: The value of Benoni Gardens Apartment and Benoni Commercial Centre is expected to appreciate by at least 30 per cent in the next two years.

WSG Group managing director Datuk Susan Wong Siew Guen said Benoni Gardens Apartment comprised two 13storey residential towers with 115 units in each block. Each level has nine units.

In conjunction with the Chinese New Year celebrations, Susan said the company was offering 10 per cent discount on the units in Tower A.

She said buyers could choose from three types of units, namely 560, 900 or 1,000 square feet (sqft).

“The 560 sqft studio units with two rooms and a bathroom is priced from RM190,000, whereas the 1,000 sqft units with three rooms and two bathrooms are priced at RM250,000 onwards.

“Bumiputera units are also entitled to another five per cent discount,” she said during the launching of Benoni Gardens Apartment sales gallery here yesterday.

Susan said around 60 per cent of the units in Tower A had been sold and the building was expected to be completed in October this year.

For instance, she believed that the apartment units bought at the price of RM300,000 today would be worth over RM400,000 after two years.

As for the Benoni Commercial Centre, Susan said the first and second phases have been sold out, while the third phase is expected to be completed in October this year.

She said the third phase comprised 48 units of threestorey shoplots of which 28 units have been sold. Each shoplot is priced at RM1.1 million.

Additionally, she disclosed that Servay Hypermarket and KFC would be established at the fourth phase of Benoni Commercial Centre when the development was completed in mid-2019.

Located adjacent to the Pan Borneo Highway, Benoni Gardens Apartment and Benoni Commercial Centre developments span an area of 40 acres.

The first three phases of Benoni Commercial Centre have a total of 177 shoplots, while Benoni Gardens Apartment has a combined 230 units.
