KUOK Foundation Berhad has announced its yearly offering of Scholarships / Awards to help needy Malaysian students studying at or applying to Malaysian and Singaporean Public Universities for full-time undergraduate studies in the academic year 2018/19. Malaysian Public Universities Kuok Keng Kang Scholarships Value: RM15,000 per annum Named after Mr Robert Kuok’s late father, Mr Kuok Keng Kang. Goh Ing Sing Agriculture Science Scholarships at Universiti Putra Malaysia Value: RM15,000 per annum Named in memory of the late Mr Goh Ing Sing who was the Group Plantation Head of Wilmar International Limited. Sponsored by Wilmar International Limited and Mr Kuok Khoon Hong Kuok Khoon Hong Scholarships Value: RM15,000 per annum Sponsored by Mr Kuok Khoon Hong. Wilmar Scholarships Value: RM15,000 per annum Scholarships sponsored by Wilmar International Limited. Singaporean Public Universities Kuok Foundation Scholarships Value: RM85,000 per annum Only for freshmen who are in receipt of the Singapore Ministry of Education Tuition Fee Grant Wilmar Scholarships Value: RM27,000 per annum Scholarships sponsored by Wilmar International Limited. Deserving candidates not selected for the abovescholarships will be considered for the Kuok Foundation Loan-Grant Awards, the loan portion of which is interest free and repayable by monthly installments after graduation. Value of the awards are as follows: Kuok Foundation Loan-Grant Awards Malaysia Public Universities Value: Ranges from RM12,000 to RM14,000 per annum, depending on courses undertaken Singapore Public Universities Value: RM27,000 per annum
