He further said that the condo is equipped with a threetier security system, with anti-climbing fences to offer residents peace of mind.
He added that they are working on widening the junction entering Kingfisher Inanam to ease traffic flow, which will provide residents with convenience to travel to nearby areas, including the city centre, which is 15 minutes away with light traffic.
“With the Pan Borneo highway coming up right at the doorstep, residents will also enjoy increased accessibility without worrying about traffic congestion,” he said.
John encouraged potential buyers to take advantage of packages offered, including a booking fee as low as RM1,000, flexible instalment plan with zero percent interest, free SPA and legal fees, free kitchen cabinet and wardrobe, as well as 100 percent financing for qualified applicants.
He also welcomed the public to join their site visit in conjunction with the launch of the Kingfisher Inanam lift lobby on Saturday, March 31, where a mock-up unit will also be available for viewing.
