Chinese community never maginalized under BN — Nasrun
LAHAD DATU: Sincerity and ongoing efforts are the key recipes used by Barisan Nasional (BN) to lead the country which is fully supported by the people.
BN candidate for Silam, Datuk Datu Nasrun Datu Mansur, said the coalition is always transparent in their agenda.
In contrast to BN, Nasrun said the opposition are hypocrites and have a lot of hidden agenda.
“They (opposition) said they want to change Sabah, but I believe they have some agreement with other opposition parties from Peninsular Malaysia as they cannot stand alone.
“They lied about this and that. They are also making promises that cannot be fulfilled. People should reject this kind of party,” he said during a ceremony with the Chinese community at Dewan Kiau Shing here yesterday.
According to Nasrun, who is the caretaker Deputy Minister Commodities, people still favour of Plantation Industries and BN because the coalition never made empty promises.
He said people could enjoy various developments as a result of BN’s efforts.
“BN is always committed in fighting for the people’s rights and developing the country for the well-being of the people.
“I hope people will continue to support BN as this is the only party that will ensure a better future for the people,” he said.
In the meantime, Nasrun said the Chinese community’s support towards BN is increasing as they felt the sincerity and seriousness of BN in assisting the people.
Nasrun said the development and assistance channeled by BN towards the people could be felt by the rakyat, regardless of race and religion.
Under the leadership of BN, the rights and needs of the Chinese community were given attention and never been marginalized.
