Yoga is an ancient physical, mental and spiritual practice skill that originated in India. The word ¡¥Yoga¡¦ derives from Sanskrit and means to join or to unite, symbolizing the union of body and consciousness.

People from any religion and background can practise this as it is an art to keep both the body and the mind healthy. This is an important aspect in people's life because both physical and healthy mind are necessary for a happy life.
