Grand Senheng launches new look with remodeled store at Pandan Jaya

KUALA LUMPUR: Grand Senheng recently brought to the residents of Pandan Jaya, Kuala Lumpur a total new look with its expanded and remodeled store.

This marked a key milestone for Senheng Pandan Jaya, being the brands very first store establishe­d back in 1989, from a tiny half-ashop to todays upgraded Grand Senheng megastore format.

The scale and size calls for deeper and wider assortment of electrical and electronic goods offering the variety and choice to customers; while the largerform­at built on exclusivit­y and uniqueness, the experienti­al effect focuses on customer experience, creating excitement around interactin­g with the products, the interactio­n journey which is the very heart of retail marketing.

The Grand Senheng Pandan Jaya is set to be the one-stop consumer electronic store tailored to the neighborho­od, serving customers from UHD TV, side-by-side refrigerat­ors, front load washer, to a variety electronic gadgets such as smart phones, tablet PCs, laptops, featuring reputable brands such as Panasonic, Samsung, Sharp, Sony and many more.

The whirlwind Senheng storeremod­eling projects started since last year, where the older stores after renovating and expanding were then converted into the lifestyle format. The remodeling freshen the brands image, featuring contempora­ry dcor, enhanced with unique display features that brings out the best of the merchandis­e.

The grand opening started with the energetic lion dance performanc­e that set the event off on a high note followed by ribbon cutting ceremony that took place to commemorat­e this special occasion with the presence of top management from Senheng and their top business partners, namely Samsung, Panasonic, Sharp, Huawei, Sony, LG, OPPO, Toshiba, Philip, Electrolux, VIVO, Hitachi, Honor, Beko, Pensonic, ROBAM, AIG dan AEON.

Another highlight of the event was a cooking demonstrat­ion by Malaysia celebrity chef Professor Chef Zam, head judge for Master Chef Cooking Competitio­n. Engaging Chef Zam whipped up irresistib­le recipes and timesaving tips utilising various electric kitchen appliances with engaging audience.

The event saw a storm of customers lining up to catch the first glimpse of the newly renovated store, excitement spilled as stores opened, with customers rushing in to grab the great deals and promotion.

“I’m delighted to announce that after 29 years in the business, we are growing and are even stronger. We pride ourselves in bringing great value, better lifestyle and a seamless shopping experience to our customers,” managing director KH Lim said.

Senheng has adopted the Seamless business model since 2017, designed to align in-store, online and mobile shopping activities with the consumer’s buying preference­s.
