Sunlight Pharmacy Health and Beauty Fair with ‘Happy Hour’ sessions
KOTA KINABALU: Sunlight Pharmacy Health and Beauty Fair is back again for the second year running, and it is held today and tomorrow at the Imago Shopping Mall here.
“The two-day fair will continue to focus on raising health awareness among Sabah public and giving insights to the various services offered by Sunlight Pharmacy,” said a spokesman for the company yesterday.
He said the Sunlight Pharmacy emphasized on the importance of prevention, so during the fair, the company would be introducing a lot of healthy eating and lifestyle modification plan.
“Sunlight Pharmacy will also be joining force with the Sabah Health Department during this fair to increase the awareness of smoking cessation in Kota Kinabalu community.
“Apart from this, a series of different models of wheelchairs and medical equipments will be displayed and available for sale.
“There will also be several free health screening activities and several ‘Happy Hour’ sessions throughout the fair where items will be sold in super low prices and customers will be rewarded with gifts,” he added.
The first Sunlight Pharmacy was opened at Tawau in 2000. Today, the company has 14 outlets in Kota Kinabalu, Tawau and Lahad Datu and 25 fulltime pharmacist.
Throughout the years, Sunlight Pharmacy has evolved from a traditional pharmacy to a multi-disciplinary pharmacy that caters to other aspects of health needs as well.
