Tri-Mode launches e-commerce logistics platform

KUALALUMPU­R: Tri-ModeSystem (M) Bhd (Tri-Mode), an integrated logistics service provider, yesterday introduced HiClicks Malaysia, a total solution e-commerce logistics platform in Malaysia to cater for inbound courier services.

Tri-Mode also entered into a Memorandum of Understand­ing with OGN Online Sdn Bhd (OGN) which operates under the platform named Kumoten, Malaysia’s largest home grown Dropship Platform which currently integrated with prominent e-marketplac­e such as Lazada, Shopee and Lelong.my.

Hi Clicks Malaysia is a total solution e-commerce logistics platform that provides hassle- and worryfree courier services for online shoppers in Malaysia who purchase online from various third party emarketpla­ce operating in Taiwan, Japan, Korea and the US.

Group managing director of TriMode, Datuk Hew Han Seng said the launch of HiClicks Malaysia is in line with the company’s future plan proposed during its IPO in May 2018, which marks the management’ s commitment in progressin­g the Company for further growth.

“We will continuous­ly strive to ensure that we provide quality services and most cost effective prices for our customers and our business partners. Meanwhile, we are also open for more business opportunit­ies with local entreprene­urs and individual­s ,” he said in a statement.

“We are bringing Tri-Mode one step forward, to further enhance our logistic services through digit is at ion. In addition, with the availabili­ty of the overseas’ warehouses, our members are able to assign their purchases to the local warehouse in the respective countries without carrying them when travel aboard.

“We will also be adding various valuable services to our customers, such as consolidat­ing multiple parcels to save shipment costs. Additional­ly, we intend to introduce more promotions and rewards for our members, which ultimately increases the benefits of utilising our platform.”

Upon signing up for an account via HiClicks Malaysia’s website, the purchased goods of members will be delivered to the dedicated warehouses in the respective countries. Thereafter, members will be notified by HiClicks Malaysia through e-mail regarding the shipment’s weight and shipping charges.

Subsequent to payment via online transfer or credit card for the delivery charges, the purchased goods will be packed and delivered to the members’ doorstep in Malaysia within 7-14 or 14-21 days depend on the countries of origin.
