It’s never too late for yoga

KOTA KINABALU: With the aim of creating an inclusive space for those who share an interest in yoga, PAC Yoga is set up with a vision that when it comes to yoga, it’s never too late.

Regardless of age or background, yoga has something to offer to anyone looking to take ownership of their health, physical and mental development.

Co-founder Tanty Leng said the practice of yoga will awaken the body’s power of regeneration, as well as enhance physical and mental wellbeing, leading to a more positive outlook in life.

Along with three other friends, PAC Yoga strives to share knowledge of yoga beyond the physical aspect.

“Regardless of your background, we want you to feel comfortable to practice with us, irrespective of your level, and set your own goals. We would like to see PAC Yoga to be integrated in the community, providing a holistic and positive space for everyone to practise yoga.

“The aim is to share knowledge of yoga, not only the physical dimension, but also as a way of self-improvement, inspiration and self-awareness in our life journey. In other words, the inclusion of yoga in everyday life to be a more balanced self,” said Tanty.

PAC Yoga classes include various types of yoga such as hatha, slow, vinyasa and kinetic flow yoga. Class schedules can be found on PAC Yoga’s Facebook and Instagram pages. Private classes or on-site teaching can also be arranged.
