KOTA KINABALU: Breaking the Malaysian Book of Record’s ‘Hologram on Longest Talk Series’ reflected the sustainability of PROPex 2018, said Sabah Housing And Real estate Developers Association (Shareda) deputy president Datuk Sr Chua Soon Ping.

“This signifies the progressive strength and resilience of PROPex that is organized by SHAREDA year in and year out,” said Chua at the event’s closing ceremony at Sabah Trade Centre here yesterday.

Chua said this year’s property exhibition revolved around the Smart, Green and State theme.

According to PROPex organizing chairman Benny Ng, through the event, this year had indicated a better Sabah property market situation compared to last year as the event had attracted more than 5,000 visitors on the second day of the three-day long exhibition.

He believed the new government had implemented some new policies that had increased consumers’ confidence to buy and invest on property.

Ng added this is especially because the Airbnb business had become more popular and driven the property industry in Sabah.

At the event, guest of honor, Assistant Finance Minister Kenny Chua Teck Ho witnessed the presentation of Longest Hologram Talk Series in Malaysia certificate between Malaysia Book of Records Business Development manager Edwin Yeoh Tiong Chin and Ng.
