Property Hub excels at awards night
KOTA KINABALU: Property Hub once again shone at the annual National Real Estate Awards 2018 organised by the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents.
All coming in dressed to the nines, Property Hub branches too joined in the celebration on October 21, held at JW Marriot, Bukit Bintang.
Momentous as it was, Property Hub was enlisted as one of the finalists for this year’s Residential Real Estate Firm (Medium Size Firm). Additionally, its triumphant glory was further attained from two leading individual awards. Echoing it loud and proud, the Million Dollar Producer Award was presented into the rightful hands of Property Hub’s Director, Benjamin Tee Kah Lin.
Alan Richard Belimbin followed after onto the stage, receiving the State (Sabah) Rookie Real Estate Negotiator of the Year.
Another round of applause came from the floor as Property Hub (KLCC) was announced as the recipient for the State Real Estate Firm (Federal Territory) of the Year 2018. It was a double celebration for this recognition when the award for the State Real Estate Firm (Sabah) of the Year 2018 was awarded to Property Hub (Sabah).
“It is definitely a humbling privilege and honour. This recognition wouldn’t be without the speed bumps along the way. Not forgetting the sweat and tears,” acknowledged Benjamin Tee, Director and Co-Founder of Property Hub Sdn Bhd, trusting that this achievement has testified his role of leading by example.
He continued on, “These are the very fruits borne for this year’s of execution and action which has pushed boundaries of excellence despite the unpredictable, fleeting times of the market.”
In agreement to that statement, branch partners Enoch Khoo (Property Hub Sabah), Philip Gan and Irene Leow (Property Hub KLCC) aligned their thoughts that these achievements would not be for carrying its core values of passion, integrity and teamwork.
