PETALING JAYA: DKSH, the leading Market Expansion Services provider with a focus on Asia, was presented the gold award in the category Employer of Choice (Private Sector) at the MalaysiaInternational HR Awards 2018.

Organized by the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management since 1999, the Malaysia-International HR Awards, is a nationwide event with international status and global reach that recognizes Human Resources (HR) as an integral business practice.

The awards are strongly supported and endorsed by the human resource community, with the Minister of Human Resources as the Patron.

Nicholas McLaren, Head, Country Management and Vice President, Country Finance, DKSH Malaysia, said: “This is testament to our continued success as an organization that practices excellent HR strategies in the development of our people. Our employees are our biggest asset, and at DKSH, we promote a culture that allows our talent to ‘Drive growth. Be the difference’.”

DKSH’s HR strategies include a series of initiatives that promote a culture of continuous learning and growth as well as create a positive environment that empowers employees to realize their full potential in both their personal and professional development.

This award comes closely after DKSH won the “HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia” last month. It is a significant recognition of DKSH’s investment in building a strong workplace culture with a genuine respect for its talent as well as in creating an environment of contagious energy that fosters high employee engagement.
