EduQuest Education Fair in Lahad Datu tomorrow
KOTA KINABALU: Sabah’s trusted education roadshow, EduQuest Education Fair, will be in Lahad Datu tomorrow.
Around 35 institutions from places within Malaysia, including from Sarawak, United Kingdom, Singapore, China and Australia will be at the fair there.
“The participating local and overseas institutions of higher learning are offering a wide range of courses at the fair,” said an EduQuest spokesperson at the Kota Kinabalu roadshow, attended by some 500, at the Pacific Sutera Harbour here yesterday.
“The main objective of the roadshow event is to provide an opportunity for parents and students to speak directly to the representatives from the universities.
“With this, the parents and students will have a better idea on planning for their pathway and future education as they can inquire about the course details and scholarships offered at the institutions,” she added.
The roadshow was specifically tailored for SPM, UEC, STPM, A-Level students and diploma holders
Students are advised to bring along their forecast or actual result slips and relevant documents for an on-thespot assessment, scholarship application and registration.
Scholarship, PTPTN loan and other financial scheme information are also available at the roadshows.
Application or registration fees will be waived for some participating universities for students who enroll during the event.
