LAHAD DATU: Some hundred over students and parents took the opportunity to get more information about colleges and universities at the ‘EduQuest Education Fair' held here yesterday.

Spokesperson for EduQuest, Yap Phin Sin, said that yesterday's fair was participated by 14 colleges and universities offering various choices of courses.

She said, the fair will provide assistance, information and opportunities for students, especially those who are still undecided on the course to pursue for further studies.

She said through this fair, parents and students will be able to seek more information on the courses or learning facilities, including scholarship provided by participating colleges or universities.

“We will continue with the fair at Promenade Hotel in Tawau on December 11 from 2 pm to 6 pm. Parents and students are encouraged to come and bring along their result slips and relevant documents for assessment, application and registration,” she said.

Yap said those who missed the fair, especially in Lahad Datu, should not worry as they will be back in March next year.

Since its inception in 2002, EduQuest has helped thousands of students pursue their dreams of furthering their studies at universities and colleges.
