Gleneagles KK launches Patient Assistance Centre in Tawau

TAWAU: Gleneagles Kota Kinabalu is now offering Tawau residents convenient access to its healthcare services with the launch of its Patient Assistance Centre at Megah Jaya here yesterday.

The one-stop location aims to connect patients to the hospital's multi-specialty care team, allowing visitors to receive priority appointmen­t booking, treatment cost estimates, insurance claim support, and consultant profiles for reference.

Chief executive officer of Gleneagles Kota Kinabalu, Noel Cheah, said, every Sabahans deserve the opportunit­y to have access to the best medical care available. They can also request for recommenda­tions from the appropriat­e specialist for their respective conditions.

Noel said, this centre enables us to better serve the local people of Tawau and advance our mission of elevating healthcare treatment and care across the state.

“Indeed, we want to provide added values of care and quality healthcare services to the people in Tawau,” he added.

Also present were Patient Service & Business Developmen­t head, Joanna Tighe, Finance head, Patrick Chong, Marketing, Sales & Corporate Planning head, Jacqueline Chin, person-in charge of the Patient Assistance Centre Tawau, Willis Lim, and invited guests.
