KOTA KINABALU: Frahsillia Onnie dominated the scene at the Atukoi Sabah Strong Women Challenge held at 1Borneo Hypermall over the weekend.
The Kota Marudu woman won all six disciplines to bag a maximum of 72 points to emerge as champion in this second edition of the annual event.
Frahsillia announced her contention for the title by winning the Farmer's Walk, Vehicle Pull and Tyre Flip challenges on opening day. She eventually went on to win the Yoke Walk, Car Deadlift and Atlas Stone events.
Tournament coordinator Roger Frederick said the Farmer's Walk challenged participants to lift two loads of 50kg each carrying them 40 meters within one minute, while the Vehicle Pull saw participants pull a three tonne car. There was also a 250kg tyre in the Tyre Flip.
In the Yoke Walk participants had to lift a 120kg load across 40m within one minute, lift a VW Beetle in the Car Deadlift and stone balls weighing 35kg, 45kg, 55kg, 65kg and 75kg in the Atlas Stone.
"Frahsillia who represented Justin Sompong Gym won all the disciplines to deny seven others any chance of winning the title," said Roger when met here, yesterday.
