Home Ownership Campaign Expo March 1-3
KOTA KINABALU: Property Hunter and the Sabah Housing and Real Estate Developers Association (Shareda) will be coorganizing the Home Ownership Campaign Expo 2019 at Dewan Foo Chow on March 1-3.
The expo will be participated by more than 30 developers and real estate agencies offering a wide array of properties to the public.
The expo will feature not only Sabah properties but will also bring developers from West Malaysia as well, namely Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB) and Amber Homes Sdn Bhd.
MRCB will be showcasing Sentral Suites, a residential development at the prestigious and well-connected CBD of KL Sentral.
Aster Residence, located within the popular and mature Cheras township and is a condominium development, will be the offering from Amber Homes.
On the local front, there will be new properties to look out for, including Wah Mie Group’s landed residential project Parklane Taman Bukit Sepanggar, the unique and luxurious Baysuites by Remajaya and the Bukit Damaisari gatedand-guarded homes development by SCP Group.
On top of that, Legacy Real Estate and Borneon Realty will be showcasing sub-sale properties at the expo.

The National Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) will be launched by the government on March 1, and will coincide with expos in West Malaysia as well as the Home Ownership Campaign Expo in Sabah.
As part of the HOC, developers will be giving a 10 percent discount on properties up until June 31.
Buyers will also benefit from stamp duty exemptions during the campaign period.
