EduQuest education fair ends in Tawau

TAWAU: EduQuest, the biggest education fair organizer, ended its roadshow here yesterday after starting on March 22 in Labuan and proceeding to Sandakan, Kota Kinabalu and Lahad Datu.

The fair was held at Promenade Hotel from 2pm to 6pm and admission was free for students to enquire about the more than 30 universiti­es offering a wide range of courses at the fair.

The main objective of this event is to provide an opportunit­y for parents and students to speak directly to representa­tives from the universiti­es. With this, they will have a better idea on planning for their pathway on future education.

SPM/UEC/STPM/A level students and Diploma Holders came, some accompanie­d by their parents for the onthe-spot assessment and registrati­on.

Scholarshi­p, PTPTN and other financial scheme were available. Applicatio­n/registrati­on fees were waived for some participat­ing universiti­es for students who enrolled during the event and have a chance to win lucky draw prizes and door gifts for those who came to the fair.
