Hap Seng Properties offers up to RM115,000 savings to home buyers

-

PUTATAN: Hap Seng Properties Development is offering savings of up to RM115,000 to all home buyers during the Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) 2019.

This offer is to complement the government’s initiative to ensure that more people obtain home ownership.

Hap Seng chief operating officer, John Tan, said, the saving is applied for each residential unit with ready inhouse financing through Hap Seng Credit.

John also said that this is the best time for home buyers, especially first-time home buyers, to buy a property during the campaign, as they could get a minimum of 10% discount of the property value from developers across the country.

HOC 2019 is an initiative announced by the government during the tabling of Budget 2019 last November whereby Malaysian house-buyers will be exempted from stamp duties for purchase of residential units made between January to June 2019.

It is open to all home buyers in effort to encourage property ownership and stimulate the home ownership campaign.

Hap Seng had recently completed the entrance lobby of Block B of Kingfisher Putatan Phase Two and the mock-up units on the first floor of the condominium in Putatan.

The mock-up units feature upgraded contemporary finishing of eight feet tall sliding doors at the balcony, seven feet tall bedroom windows, stainless steel railing with tempered glass on balcony facade and louvre door for air-conditioning compressor.
