Haier seeks closeness with customers via product roadshow

KUALA LUMPUR: Haier Electrical Appliances (M) Sdn Bhd has embarked on the first series of a roadshow to highlight its new range of home appliances.

“The aim of the roadshow is to engage customers in innovative live events which provide an ideal platform for the company's products and services, as well as give visibility to our brand,” said Haier Malaysia managing director, Shi ZhiYuan.

“Through roadshows such as this, we are able to show live demo (demonstrat­ions) to customers and help them ‘experience’ the products, right at their doorstep. By directly engaging consumers to operate and view our array of products, we help identify the right products for their needs.”

Over the past 35 years, Haier has transforme­d from a major home appliance brand, with a record 10 consecutiv­e years of world-leading sales, to a forward-looking smart home ecosystem brand.

It will continue to launch new products in various categories supported by demand, whereby its next step is boosting 24/7 Customer Service Careline.

“We will continue to introduce more new ranges of products to Malaysian consumers as the market evolves. The next step for Haier is to introduce a new range of Smart appliances for Smart consumers. More details on this will be revealed in our next events,” said ZhiYuan.

Its next roadshow will kick off at Johor Bahru and Penang, and its flagship Customer Service Centre will be opened at Puchong in June.
