Conference and forum on digital transforma­tion

KOTA KINABALU: Do.It Management Incorporat­ed is organizing a two-day Conference on “Dare to Change: Construct your future through Digital Transforma­tion”.

It will be held on April 25-26 from 8.30am to 5.00pm at The Grand Ballroom, Pacific Sutera Hotel, Kota Kinabalu.

One hundred and fifty delegates are expected at the conference. The attendees are CEOs, executives, business owners, profession­als, entreprene­urs, academicia­ns, educators, GLCs and senior government officers.

The conference is on digital transforma­tion focusing on the mind-sets.

According to Tricia Mojulat, co-founder and managing partner of Do.it, “There are so many elements to digital transforma­tion but one that really stands out is the supportive organizati­onal mind-sets. It is the key component for success in this digital era! How we think and behave, our values and what drive decisions in the organizati­on are just some of the digital initiative­s”.

Sitti B Damsal, business associate of Do.It added that with rapid transforma­tion comes the need to connect people with the digital technologi­es available and use it to their advantage.

“We have to move hand-inhand with the technologi­es of today to be a leader in our own industry,” said Sitti.

There are two speakers from the USA. Dr Kenneth Rauch is an educator/business leader who is the founding director of Ph.D. Global leadership and Change program for Tiffin University. He has wide ranging experience­s of more than 20 years as a consultant and held key leadership positions in creating human resource programs and department­s at G&S Metal Consultant­s, Metaldyne, Nishikawa Standard Company, Pretzels Inc, Fabtron. He is currently a consultant in the creation of a leadership institute in Kiev and

Odessa, Ukraine and Moscow, Russia.

Michael Rauch is a Digital Consultant, an Agile Strategist and an expert on web applicatio­n software developmen­t for the past 18 years creating and improving companies’ digital brand. His vast experience­s include HumanCente­red Design (or design thinking), AI, Big Data, UI (User Interface)

design and UX (User Experience). He consults in multiple industries Fortune 500 companies; The Lincoln Financial Group, Stryker Corporatio­n, JH Specialty, Ortho NorthEast (ONE).

On April 26 at 2.30pm, there will be a forum with five panellists from various industries. MARii CEO, Datuk Madani Sahari will be one of the panels of speakers at the forum.
