Sabahan journalists good role models – China consul general
KOTA KINABALU: Sabahan journalists are good role models for they are passionate and dedicated to their work, said Consul General of the People’s Republic of China in Kota Kinabalu, Liang Caide.
“Journalists are truly an extraordinary group because you are working 365 days a year covering news on the frontline.
“While people are resting or spending time with their children, media practitioners may still be out working or rushing to meet deadlines.
“Your dedication and passion in your job have set a good example to your children and other people,” Liang said that in his speech, which was delivered by Consul Zhong Jing, at the presentation of study awards to the children of Kota Kinabalu Journalists Association (KKJA) members here on May 1.
