Naza Communications appoints new CEO

KUALA LUMPUR: Naza Communications Sdn Bhd, the telecommunications infrastructure provider and subsidiary of Naza Group, is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Darryll Danendra Sinnappa to the position of chief executive officer effective yesterday.

In welcoming Darryll Sinnappa to the Naza Group of Companies, SM Nasarudin SM Nasimuddin, group executive chairman and chief executive officer, Naza Corporation Holdings Sdn Bhd said, “Darryll comes on board at an exciting time for our telecommunications infrastructure business.

“We have bold ambitions to accelerate our growth strategy and in the process elevate the potential of Naza Communications. Hence, his prior experience in the industry will be a great asset to have in capitalising on the ever-changing market conditions and establish our long-term vision for the business.

“Building on the solid foundation and momentum achieved in the seven years of Naza Communications’ existence, Darryll will be responsible for developing the overall strategic direction for the business and drive positive growth for one of Naza Group’s core businesses,” added SM Nasarudin.

With over 20 years of expertise in the telecommunications field, Darryll joins from edotco Group and has held leadership positions in Malaysia, Bangladesh and Pakistan prior to his last held position as Country Managing Director of edotco Sri Lanka.
