Celcom offers SMEs 50% subscription rate for Celcom Business Suite

KUALA LUMPUR: Celcom Axiata Bhd (Celcom) is offering small and medium enterprises (SME) a unique opportunity to transform their businesses digitally via its one-stop SME digital kit, Celcom Business Suite.

Its chief enterprise business officer, Azlan Zainal Abidin, said the company's involvement as a technology solutions partner with Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) enabled it to obtain a business digitalisation grant to finance 50 per cent or RM5,000 of the subscription for the Celcom Business Suite that SMEs have to pay.

Celcom Business Suite offers a variety of digital solutions for SME businesses such as cloudbased Electronic-Point of Sales (e-POS), electronic payment, digital marketing solutions and additional productivity tools such as tablet and Microsoft Office365.

"This comprehensive service enables businesses with the right digital solutions to be matched by facilitating the digitalisation of small-scale businesses, and SMEs need not have to look for digital solutions from multiple providers," he said in a statement yesterday.

He said the digital services offered by Celcom Business Suite included e-POS, Enterprise Resource Planning, electronic payroll system, digital marketing, procurement, e-commerce and remote working.

The one-stop SME digital kit offers solutions such as Celcom SafePay e-POS, an Internet or cloud-based POS system which affords simplicity and is ideal for small businesses, like retail businesses.

Azlan said the kit also offers digital marketing with OMNI Communications, which is a onestop web portal that allows broad access to customers through SMS, emails, Push notifications, and social applications as well as data connections and mobile device packages.

“Leveraging capabilities, expertise, innovative services, and business networks, Celcom is ready to meet the digital demands of SMEs with various services, as well as to empower entrepreneurs with digital business intelligence through this programme," he said.

Celcom Business Suite also offers business owners the flexibility to choose and customise additional services based on their business needs.

For each Celcom Business Suite subscription, customers can choose Microsoft Office365 or market their business digitally with Location-Based Advertising (LBA) at an affordable price.
