KOTA KINABALU: Business organisati­ons should be willing to continuous­ly adapt and adopt new ideas to fulfil the expectatio­ns of their customers, said Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Seri Dr Joachim Gunsalam.

“This would enable them to be constantly in touch with the ever-changing needs of the community,” he said when launching the Niro Ceramic Group’s new showroom in Kolombong, here on Wednesday.
