Citadines Waterfront Kota Kinabalu provides homely feel

KOTA KINABALU: The first Citadines property in Sabah, Citadines Waterfront Kota Kinabalu, will officially open its doors on February 8.

Speaking during the PreOpening Cocktail Reception here on Friday, Residence Manager Laurentius Bansing said as the new kids on the block, they are introducin­g a hotel which provides a homely feel to its patrons.

He said the concept they use in offering its patrons a conducive atmosphere - as if they are staying in their own homes - is the first in the city, and it is very suitable for tourists who want to stay for a long period of time or vice versa.

“Although we are still new here, we are confident that we can become one of the best tourism operators in Sabah,” he said.

With a prime central location of just ten minutes away from the Kota Kinabalu Internatio­nal Airport, Citadines Waterfront Kota Kinabalu gives the perfect opportunit­y to explore Sabah’s bustling capital city.

Nearby shopping includes Suria Sabah, Imago Mall and Night Food Market, and the neighbourh­ood boasts the Kota Kinabalu Waterfront and Jesselton Ferrry Terminal, with Kota Kinabalu recognised as the hub for adventurou­s tourists visiting Mount Kinabalu and for those exploring the pristine Manukan and Sapi islands.

Citadines Waterfront Kota Kinabalu offers a total of 396 rooms with eight room types to choose from: Studio Premier Queen, Studio Premier Queen with Sea View, Studio Premier Twin, Studio Premier Twin with Sea View, One Bedroom Premier Twin, One Bedroom Premier Queen, One Bedroom Premier King and One Bedroom Premier King with Sea View.

Citadines Waterfront Kota Kinabalu also has disabled friendly (OKU) rooms that are specially catered.
