At the Tanjung Ria Kitchen on February 9, guests can indulge in a reunion dinner which features an impressive buffet spread of over 180 dishes, including Chinese delicacies such as ‘Kou Rou’ (duck with tam), Chik Kut Teh (herbal chicken soup) and longevity noodles, as well as a selection of favourite savoury delights from Malay, Indian, and Western cuisines.
On February 10, a brunch buffet and dinner buffet will be offered at the hotel.
The brunch buffet offers tantalising variety of food such as of traditional black moss with ‘Lor Hon’ vegetable, vegetarian prawn mayonnaise, and sweet and sour vegetarian fish.
The dinner buffet features a delectable repertoire of New Year dishes such as herbal chicken, fish maw, steamed fresh fish, soft shell crab, braised mushroom, sea cucumber and dried oyster, roast chicken, roast duck, beer char siew and seafood on ice, among other delightful offerings.
