KOTA KINABALU: With the Holy month of Ramadan around the corner, hotels and restaurants in the city are offering dinner buffets.

Hyatt Regency Kinabalu is the perfect venue for families, loved ones, and business partners to connect, break their fast, and create memorable celebrations.

The hotel offers thoughtful Iftar gifts, Hari Raya goodies, and a variety of gastronomical choices, including local

favourites and international cuisines. Additionally, guests can enjoy exclusive member privileges in refined surroundings.

“This year’s Bazaar Dinner Buffet, offered at Tanjung Ria Kitchen, is a heartfelt tribute to the cherished childhood memories of our chefs. As children, they would visit bazaars with their families, relishing their favourite dishes. Drawing from that nostalgia, our team of talented chefs meticulously prepare meals that hold personal significance. We invite you to indulge in a diverse array of Chinese, Malay, and Indian cuisine, all within a harmonious setting,” said Thor Gervasi, the general manager of Hyatt Regency Kinabalu.

Taking guests on a journey through a collection of sentimental dishes, the Bazaar Dinner Buffet at Tanjung Ria Kitchen rotates each week to offer an exciting selection of vibrant flavours curated by the chefs.

Hyatt Regency Kinabalu is also offering a special takeaway set meal, which allows guests to enjoy a delicious Iftar meal in the comfort of their own home. The “Happy Family” menu, known as A’ilah Sa’idah, offers a variety of hot dishes including Ayam Percik, Lamb Green Curry, Ikan Masak Lemak, Sayur Pucuk Ubi Masak Lemak, and appetizers.

Premium Gift Box will be available from March 18 to April 12.
