KK Restaurant Week offers diners best of Sabah cuisine

KOTA KINABALU: Kota Kinabalu Restaurant Week (KKRW) will be held for the first time ever from April 29th to May 5th 2024.

According to a press release issued by the organiser, KKRW offers diners a unique opportunit­y to experience the best of Sabah cuisine, showcasing restaurant­s, savory dishes by talented resident chefs, and unique dining experience­s.

Besides the local public, KKRW will be attracting diners beyond Sabah from the likes of West Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei.

“KKRW is more than just a dining event. It is also aimed to be a platform to further promote

Kota Kinabalu as a destinatio­n which is already filled with different unique attraction­s. Thus, helping to boost the local tourism scene,” said the statement.

KKRW is an initiative and collaborat­ion from restaurant owners and partners, led by Jumpa, a PR and Media Agency.

It already has 13 participat­ing restaurant­s with more expected to join.

Each restaurant will be featuring their very own unique course meals curated especially for KKRW.

The participat­ing restaurant­s are Favola, Limau & Linen, Oitom, ON22, Hearth, Enso Teppanyaki, Sukho Thai, La Veranda, Pound,

Kinsly, JOJO, Rooftop Bar & Grill and Nagisa.

Sabah Tourism Board will be the official partner of this event, lending their support to further promote the much anticipate­d restaurant week.

KKRW is looking forward to receiving more support from relevant bodies to make the event more exciting for everyone involved.
