KUCHING: Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers’ Association ( Sheda) expects a large number of crowd to visit its property exhibition, Sheda Property Expo 2016 to be held on Sept 23 to 25 despite the soft sentiment for the property market.

Its organising chairman John Yong is confident that potential house buyers and property investors will continue to visit the property exhibition to look out for value deals and property that could be offered at reasonable prices.

“Based on past records, there were more than 10,000 people who have visited the three-day event.

“For this year, we expects similar number of crowd to visit the exhibition although the property market remains challenging.

“We believe that there will still be people (in the market) who are on the lookout to buy houses and property,” he told The Borneo Post after chairing a briefing for exhibitors and contractors
