Lenovo to showcase latest gaming PCs
MIRI: Lenovo Technology Malaysia Sdn Bhd ( Lenovo), the platinum IT sponsor for this year’s Sarawak ICT Expo will be showcasing its latest range of gaming personal computers ( PC) as well as tablet computers and smartphones throughout the three days, beginning tomorrow.
“Many exciting products, promotions and activities will be carried out by Lenovo during this expo,” said Lenovo Technology Malaysia channel sales manager Alex Nge at the press conference yesterday on products to be featured at the fair, which will be taking place at Miri Indoor Stadium.

is equipped with the latest Nvidia GTX1070 graphics card, Intel i7 6th generation processor and 8GB of DDR4 Random Access memory ( RAM) that has enough ‘fi repower’ to handle 4K gaming, virtual reality ( VR) and also multitasking.
Another product on offer at the expo is the Lenovo Y Series gaming notebooks. A free gift will be given for every purchase of Lenovo PC or notebook.
“Moreover, every customer gets to enjoy additional one-year warranty for purchases made throughout the 3- day period,” said Nge, adding that every hour, there would be impromptu quizzes in which visitors who get the correct answers could walk away with attractive gifts sponsored by Lenovo.
Meanwhile, the Miri branch of Computer Sales and Services Association ( CSSA) of Sarawak has announced that more than 100 items will be offered as prizes for its lucky draw, run in appreciation of the strong support given by the public to this annual event featuring 70 booths this year.
Sarawak ICT Expo 2016 is organised by CSSA Sarawak – Miri Branch in collaboration with Miri City Council.
It opens from 11am to 9pm daily from Dec 2 to 4, and admission is free.
