Loving Society Kuching charity Chicky Run Jan 15
KUCHING: The Loving Society Kuching is holding a charity ‘Chicky Run 2017’ to be held at Crown Square on Jan 15 next year.
The 8km run is open to the public.
Participants are to assemble at Crown Square at 6am.
The objective is to raise awareness in caring for the less fortunate and to promote healthy activities and racial unity apart from raising funds to help the poor and needy.
Participants will receive a souvenir when they sign up for the run, as a token of appreciation for their support.
Registration fee is RM50 inclusive of ‘ Prosperous Quick Dry T- Shirt’, bib number and a ‘ Peace and Prosperity’ finisher medal.
The gold- colour medal is custom-made with two- sided designs symbolising Peace and Prosperity 2017, Year of the Fire Rooster.
Those interested may register via WhatsApp at 013- 8189896. The organiser accepts online or ATM payment. Alternatively, they can also sign up at the Society’s office building in Jalan Badruddin from 10am to 5pm from Monday to Friday.
Members of the public can also register at ‘Chicky Run 2017’ roadshow in Vivacity Megamall from 10am to 10pm today ( Dec 17) and tomorrow ( Dec 18).
