Enjoy traditiona­l Japanese treats at Piosa Unicity

SIBU: Piosa Unicity officially opened its outlet on the ground floor next to Medan Supermarke­t Unicity here yesterday.

Piosa managing director Vincent Ngu Ung Sing and its director Chieng Sui Ing officiated at the opening ceremony with Datuk William Ngu as guest-ofhonour.

The eatery offers food like Japanese pizza, roasted chicken and fish, broasted chicken, Cantonese casserole rice, waffles, porridge, noodles, egg tart, Portuguese tart, Japanese cheese tart, golden sands bun, mushroom bun, pan fried beef bun, beverages and desserts.

The Piosa Japanese pizza menu items range from the traditiona­l ‘Classico’ (just Cheese, Hawaiian Parade, Aussie Breakfast), the luxury ‘Premio’ (Cheese Burgerizza, Gyosho Fish, Beef Taco) and ‘Fiesta’ (Island Fest, Chickenyak­i, Beefyaki, Potatonese and South East Seafood) and also the specialty ‘Artisano’ (Lavania) series with about 12 flavours on the menu.

Pizza lovers can choose from 11” to 14” pan pizza with imported cheeses, fresh daily veggies, eggs, seafood and premium supplies.

Meanwhile, the homemade roasted chicken with herbs or honey garlic blended with freshly made daily is the most valuable deals on the shelf with a selection of mushroom sauce, pepper sauce, lime chilli and teriyaki.

Its fresh tilapia fish roasted in oven that ranges of Sabah Kertang fish with fried rice, noodles, porridge, side-dished with veggies and others deliver the greatness of fish fest.

Besides that, at Piosa, they also serve Hong Kong egg tart, Macau Portugese tart and Japan half-cook cheese tart at its original taste with imported ingredient­s and traditiona­l processes in making sure that every single tart comes out from their oven with great taste.

Its golden sand bun uses imported cheese and premium salted egg from daily farm.
