Meanwhile, in his welcoming speech at a pre- Christmas gathering at Yayasan Sarawak Hall which was attended by Adenan and Jamilah, Yayasan Sarawak director Azmi Bujang said the MoU would enable Petronesa Trading to supply petrol ( RON 95 and 97) and biodiesel to stations owned by Petron Oil ( M) Sdn Bhd across this city.

“This is among our ( Yayasan Sarawak) initiatives to increase our business- based activities to increase our income and in the process, will allow us to intensify our social activities for the people of Sarawak,” he said.

Azmi thanked Petron Oil ( M) Sdn Bhd for the smart partnership and hoped that the MoU would be a beginning for more cooperations.

He believed that the MOU would not be confined only to Kuching, considering that Sarawak is a big state and has plenty of business potentials. According to him, Yayasan Sarawak currently has several business initiatives with other selected industry players.
