According to a press statement from DCCI, the delegation led by DCCI president Datuk Joseph Salang made a courtesy call on Chiengmai Business Chamber of Commerce and Industry ( CBCCI) president Wiphawan Woraputtipong on Dec 7.
The visit saw a discussion and exchange of views on topics of common interests between the two chambers.
CBCCI expressed their wish to prospect for minerals in Malaysia, especially Sarawak, and their hope to establish a stronger business relationship with Malaysia.
In the DCCI delegation were DCCI deputy president Kilat Beriak, vice-president Christopher Gira, treasurer Allan Keripin, executive secretary Terence Temenggong Jayang and Supreme Council members Malcolm Mussen, Datuk Winsel Ahtos and Helbert Ubong.
