For Ling, it had been a five-year wait.

“I started to use services from Renew4U about five years ago. I was told of the lucky pick (which was) entitled to clients, but I never got picked until now,” he said.

Nonetheless, Ling said win or no win, he would continue to be a client of Renew4U because of the good services that it provided.
