KUCHING: Musyati Development Sdn Bhds ( Musyati) new development project, Hanns Residence, will be officially launched on December 30 at 10am at Sibus RH Hotel, Level 2, Jasmine Ballroom, and will be officiated by Second Minister of Finance, Datuk Seri Wong Soon Koh.

To be developed on Wong King Huo Road, Hanns Residence will be close by to the heart of Sibu town and local schools, making it an attractive location for both single professionals and families alike.

Designed by local architect Ng Chun Chien, who has had 24 years of experience within the industry, and a list of notable designs under his name, such as Gala City Apartments, VivaCity Apartments, and Tropics Condominiums, Ng explained that his design of Hanns Residence will be reminiscent of the outlook and experience of a 5star hotel, providing its residents a luxurious lifestyle.

A masterpiece of practical design, Hanns residence will feature 416 residential units in two 18 storey blocks, connected by three link bridges. Facilities wise, the residential property will provide a huge range of leisure activities for its residents as it will include two rooftop badminton courts, two sky lounges, gym facilities, an infinity pool, and a landscaped garden with jogging tracks.

Furthermore, all residential units has been designed in a way to be facing north or south, rather than east or west, to avoid the harsh glare of the sun.

“We want to provide a new lifestyle for Sibu folk in a luxurious and convenient manner, so they do not have to continually rush from place to place for their everyday work and leisure activities, Ng shared.

Unit sizes will range from 552 to 1,199 square feet for intermediate 1 to 3 bedroom units, while penthouses will be two storeys size sizes ranging from 1,651 and 2,266 square feet. The units will be priced affordably, making it a viable real estate option to the general public despite being a luxury residential development.

Alongside the residential development, Musyati also has plans to erect a commercial centre, further adding to the overall convenience and living quality of its residents.

The commercial centre, aptly named Hanns commercial centre, will include 49 units of retail arcades, 10 units of 3 and 6 storey strata-tiled commercial shops, and a boutique hotel with 48 rooms.

Connecting the residential and commercial properties will be a semi- enclosed drivable area with skylights to provide residents a shelter from rain while maintaining an environmentally friendly theme by providing natural lighting and ventilation to the area.

Jackson Ling, marketing manager of Hanns Residence, stated that Musyati will not be selling off its commercial lots in order to maintain more control over the quality of the commercial centre and its tenants.

Musyati is aiming to bring in more international and globally known brands to increase appeal of the commercial centre and also Hanns Residence. Musyati also plans to retain operation of the boutique hotel rather than rent the space out, in order to streamline business activities, shared Ling.

So far, Musyati have reportedly sold over 120 units in its prelaunch of Hanns Residence, and has outlined in its purchase agreements a completion date within the next three years.

The property developer would like to encourage those who are interested to visit the launching of Hanns Residence where model houses and a walk through video will be featured.

The launching will run from December 30 to January 1, 9am to 9pm at RH Hotel, level 2, Jasmin Ballroom, Sibu.
