“If buyers can confirm their purchase on the spot, they will receive electrical appliances worth RM18,000.
“Buyers who opt to pay cash for their purchase instead of take loans will receive a cash rebate of two per cent,” he said, adding that potential buyers would get a good bargain throughout the roadshow.
According to Goh, the roadshow will be promoting the final 30 per cent of the project with 70 per cent of the 198 units sold out.
